Nepali Guitar Tutorial ("NGT", "we", "us") is operated by Sunil Shakya, Kathmandu, Nepal. Contact: hello@ngtnepal.com.

2. Using the site

You may use ngtnepal.com for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Scrape or copy our chord sheets or commentary at scale
• Republish our content on another site
• Use the site to send spam, harass other users, or post copyrighted material
• Try to gain unauthorised access to admin or other users' accounts

3. Accounts

You may create an account with email + password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Tell us at hello@ngtnepal.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Comments and chord requests

By submitting a comment, chord request, or correction you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to display that submission on the site. We may moderate, edit, or remove submissions that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.

5. Intellectual property

Chord arrangements published on NGT are tutorial interpretations. The compositions remain the property of their respective copyright holders. We display chord charts and short lyric fragments for educational purposes under fair-use principles. See our DMCA Notice for takedown procedures.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Kathmandu.
